Out-of-Office Worker

For example, if you share time across a number of regular locations; an 07** number can be designed to “follow you” by diverting across a range of phone numbers until you pick up the call. ICS 08** numbers can be programmed to take messages on no reply and then email that voice message to you. So, you are never far away from your office. Faxes can be emailed to and you can receive SMS alerts to your mobile. Furthermore, KBA specialises in the delivery of mobile data services.

Outsourced Contact Centres

Outsourced contact centre services can be provided as a direct extension to your directly employed resources. Services can be delivered to meet full service requirements, provide overflow, handle campaign specific work, etc. Although using telecom services that are UK based, we are able to offer both on-shore and off-shore operations, including combinations. A fairly unique opportunity is to use South African based resources, which hit middle ground by benefitting from off-shore cost reductions but using agents that speak English as their first language .
